Our program helps kids aged 5–13 develop confidence, respect, leadership, and self-defense skills in a safe, supportive environment. Through structured lessons in the 10th Planet system, your child will learn core Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals such as escapes, submissions, sweeps, positional control, and rolling with partners—all taught in a fun, age-appropriate way that reinforces teamwork, conflict resolution, and anger management.

Unlike traditional martial arts programs, our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes are hands-on, giving students the opportunity to test their skills with live training partners. The focus is on practical, and proven techniques taught in a positive, ego-free atmosphere.
